(Via Sci-fi Wire) Alien reboot, a prequel, is confirmed.
My question is why and how? If I remember right, the only thing happened before Alien was the great big alien ship crashing on LV-426. It doesn't sound like a very good idea to me.

Aren't you a bit curious about how the whole thing begun? What's Space-Jockeys' story? Did they find the aliens and what happened in the ship before the crash? I have to disagree with you. I think everyone deserves the answer of Origin!
ReplyDeleteNo, I'n not curious. I've found orgin stories are a bit of a let down. I find the mystery more compelling if it left unanswere.

Alien, Aliens, and Alien 3 will always remain the greatest Sci-Fi horror movies of all time, as such they have been added into the World Movie Historic Archive. They are as much a part of our culture as the Alien creatures are a part of us as a whole. That being said, I am highly interested in discovering the origins of the Alien race - where they originated form, what origin was the pilot in the Alien craft, how did Weyland-Yutanti Corp. learn of the creatures, etc.
